- First, I'd reduce the amount of meat I'm eating. Try to eat less meat or fish. And if I can, try to eat more vegetables. Not necessary go vegan, because I don't think I can take it by just eating vegetables, or NOT drinking milk. I would just try to eat less meat and eat....some...vegetables...just to improve my health...
- Then, I would probably not use light bulbs often, and instead of that, use the natural light outside of the window to light up my house (in the morning). And I can turn off the air conditioner when no one is in the room or only one people, because it will be a waste of energy for just one person to get all the cool air.
- I should also get off the computer more often. I used the computer a lot. I know that it will damage my eyes, make me have some kind of sickness, and it can waste tons of energy. For watching TV, I watched TV less than before, so that has helped me to decrease my carbon footprint.
And the last thing is, RECYCLE MORE!!
Recycle is always nice!!

I can monitor my progress by writing my improvements down, the time I watched TV or use the computer. And based on that list, I can see the changes and know that I'm trying my best to save Earth.
Or I can create limits on using computer or watching TV. Use sticky notes to help remind me better.
